Learning To Listen Yoga & Meditation Center Benefit
On September 8th from 7:30p - 10:30p at the Yoga Loft in San Francisco, come join this budding community project, an effort to create a retreat center north of San Francisco for the mindfulness community we all share. At the event there will be food, music, people, a silent auction (whose prizes include yoga lessons, massage, fine art, cooking classes, etc.) and the gift of time spent with conscious community.
